He was predeceased by : his parent Robert B.. He is survived by : his parent Jerodene E. Mulligan (Tuck); his wife Teresa "Terri" L. Mulligan (Borum); his children, Susan Morgan (Marc) of Frederick, Robert and Mary Teal Medina (Juan) of Hagerstown; his sister Ruth Ward of Maugansville; and his brother-in-law Tom Borum of Hagerstown.
