She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Sylvester McBride and Margie Jane McBride (Moyer); her husband Wilbur F. Carbaugh, Sr.; and her children, Dennis L. Carbaugh, Leon F. Carbaugh, Catherine Ann Carbaugh and Mary Ann Carbaugh.
She is survived by : her children, Jane I. Fazenbaker, Gloria J. Pine (Bruce), Wilbur F. Carbaugh, Jr. (Sue) and Barbara A. Merrbaugh (Jack); and her grandchildren, Leon, Jr., Jennifer, Sarah, Natasha, Crystal, Misty, Darrell, Andrea, Leslie, Robbie, Andrew, Adam, Kendra and Troy. She is also survived by 30 Great Grandchildren, and 3 Great great grandchildren.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is offering qualified families up to $9, 000 for funeral expenses incurred due to the death of a loved one from COVID-19. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused immense grief for so many people.
