He was predeceased by : his parents, Roman Edward and Catherine Elizabeth Strite Williams; and his wife Patricia May Gosnell Williams. He is survived by : his children, Lavonna D. Cochran (Walter) of Frederick, MD and Ted E. Williams of Baltimore, MD; his siblings, F. Elizabeth Flook of Boonsboro, MD, Ruby E. Robinson of Martinsburg, WV and Earl E. Williams of Williamsport, MD; his grandson Roger Cochran (Kimberly); and his great grandchild Brooke E. Cochran. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
