He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. and Mary R. Daniels; and his siblings, John Colton, Raymond James, Robert Palmer, Bradford, Franklin E., Preston W., William S., Charles, Edna Matilda Daniels, Betty Marie Short, Margaret Amelia Ferguson and Mary Louise Clough.

He is survived by: his great-niece Phyllis Lofland (Johnny); and his sister Dorothy Daniels. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
