He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Taylor and Evelyn Madge "Robinson" Taylor; his sister Sheila Jane Green; and his daughters, Melissa Taylor and Chrissy Taylor.

He is survived by: his brother William "Bill" Taylor (Peggy Wolfe) of Lanham, MD; his pets, Boots, Buddy, Cocoa, Angel and Cooper; and also, Ruth, Howard Parker of Harrington, DE, Amanda of Milford, DE, Lucas Stearns of Milford, DE, Rebecca of Milford, DE and Colin Stubbs of Milford, DE.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be sent to First State Animal Center and SPCA 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934.

“Jeff's passing was a total shock to us; I remember growing up with Jeff as long as I can remember, (his Mom and my Mom were sisters) My cousin. We shared so many memories over the years, mostly all Great! Later on we were both saved by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We talked over the phone frequently about what was going on, the passing of my parents, and son, and my brother Gary. We shared a lot of common interests. I know jeff is now in Heaven with our Creator. Will miss him and our talks.”
