He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Todd and Helen B. Elliott Todd; and his sister Susan Brittingham. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Leager Todd of Marydel; his daughter Destiny M. Cochrane; his brothers, Morton Todd (Clara) of Dover and Preston Todd of Selbyville; and his nephew Wayne Brittingham (Jaime) of Harrington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
