He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Anna Furze (Miner) and Richard Bernard Furze of Syracuse, NY; and his brother Richard "Dickie" Furze of Syracuse, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Furze (Sayer) of Marriottsville; his children, David Furze of Marriottsville and Molly Brooks (Furze); his son-in-law Robert Brooks; his grandsons, Nathan and Fletcher Brooks of Catonsville, MD; and his siblings, Shirley Harris (Furze) of Rochester, NY, Carole Kenyon (Furze) of Cicero, NY, Nancy Parody (Furze) of East Syracuse, NY and Thomas Furze of Jensen Beach, FL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
