It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh F. Phelps Sr. (Marriottsville, Maryland), who passed away on March 28, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Eleanor C. Phelps Devoted; and his sibling William C. Phelps. He is survived by: his child Hugh F. Phelps, Jr.; his wife Susan; his siblings, Felixzena "Sis" O'Neil, Harry C. Phelps, Leonard P. Phelps, Patrick B. Phelps and Ann Rita Corona; his grandchildren, Julie Wilson, Ann Marie Townshend, Meghan Curran and Kim Diamond; and also, Sharon A. Noone, Eileen Fernandini, Husband Oscar, Theresa Brake and Husband Richard. He is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.
