He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Monroe and Nora Elliott Windsor of Virginia; his wife Gwendolyn Dize Windsor; and his siblings, Nancy Forrestor, Margaret "Ellen" Winterroth, Phyllis Sterling and Donald Windsor.
He is survived by: his son Stephen Windsor (Lynn) of Marion Station; his siblings, Jerry Windsor (Connie) of Crisfield and Gayle Harris (Greg) of Marion Station; his granddaughters, Stephanie Merson (Tom) of Bishopville and Danielle Windsor (Paul "Trip" Tyler) of Crisfield; his stepgrandchildren, Toni Daugherty (Lewis), Jim Evans (Melissa) of Crisfield, Brandi Scheper (Mark) of Georgetown, DE and Jaclyn Wink (CJ) of Princess Anne; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Riley, Brayden, Marley, Sam and Cody. He is also survived by several step-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
