She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Kountz and Ethel McClelland Kountz; her husband Percy R. Parker; her children, Russell Coe Parker, Catherine Ellen Parker and Sandra Kay Parker; and her siblings, Jesse, William, Jack Kountz, Mary Kountz, Mabel Graffam and Virgie Hammonds.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Parker (Jack) of Alderson, WV, Alma Grubb (George) of Union, WV, Deborah Parker of Alderson, WV, Jane Sykes (David) of Clintonville, WV and Frances Keohane (Sean) of Marion Station, MD; her grandchildren, David Lively (Missy) of Maybrook, VA, Jarod Skyes of Clintonville, WV, Ryan Keohane of Marion Station, MD and Lindsey Simmons (Cameron) of Frankford, WV; and her great grandchild Jordan Simmons of Frankford, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
