We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2022, at the age of 94, Dorothy Long Marshall of Marion Station, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Upshur Long and Zola Bell Johnson Long; her husband Percy M. Marshall; her sons, John Upshur Marshall and Percy Miles Marshall, Jr. (Donna); and her grandson Joshua Marshall.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Marshall, David Marshall (Christine), Juanita Laird, Timothy Marshall, Cheryl Carman and Jimmy Marshall; her grandchildren, Nicole Dorsey, Kimberly Boston, Patrick Parks, Eric Parks, Jason Cullen, Jessica Cullen, Kristen Trinh, Tyler Marshall, John Marshall, David Marshall, Shelly Marshall, Carol Marshall, JoAnn Marshall, Devin Marshall, Stacey Diggs and Stephen Diggs; her daughter-in-law Wanda Marshall; and her caregivers, Lavinia Hammonds, Angela Brown, Amber Ayers and Annette Payne. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and over 100 foster children.
