It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denise Smith Maddox (Marion Station, Maryland), who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald C. Smith; and her stepfather William A. Sprague. She is survived by: her mother Norma Sprague of Onancock, VA; her husband Robert Maddox, Jr. of Marion Station; her daughter Amanda Holland (Robert Holland, Jr.); her grandson David Holland of Crisfield; her siblings, Donna Baker of Chesapeake, VA and Dale Smith (Susan) of Onancock, VA; her half-sister Donnell Kisa (Jeff) of Hudson, Colorado; and her sister-in-law Betsy McCready (Mike) of Princess Anne. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; her dogs.
