He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Burgoyne and Virginia Scarpello; and his siblings, Michael Burgoyne and Carolyn Bayliss. He is survived by: his wife Mindie Burgoyne; his children, Becky Green (Harry) of Elmer, NJ, Kelley Roduik (Kevin) of Chestertown, Albert Burgoyne (Ruth) of Kingsland, GA, Dominic Santi of Columbia, Daniel Santi (Amber) of Jacksonville, FL and Lara English (David) of Westminster; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Connor, Hannah, Bailea, Catalina, Daniel, Grace, Mia, Tristan and Primrose; and his siblings, David Burgoyne (Ramona), Steven Burgoyne (Lisa) of Carmel, ME, Kathy Hermon (Dave) of Walnut Port, PA and Mary Ellen Link of Goshen, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19, the family has opted to have a memorial service at a later time when people can safely gather.
