He is survived by: his wife Therese M. Mooney; his sons, Shawn T. Mooney (Debrah) of Mardela Springs, MD and James B. Mooney of Windermere, FL; his grandchildren, Brittany Davis and Shanon Davis; and his siblings, Patrick Mooney and Marie Collins. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
