Smack, III of Salisbury, MD, Donnell Smack of Princess Anne, MD, Amber (Wayne) and Gardner of Salisbury, MD; his stepchildren, Barbara Bowen, Eugene Bowen of Salisbury and Ella Jarmon of Princess Anne, MD; his significant other Margaret King; and his siblings, Dicky Fooks, Jimmy, Sammy, Douglas, Regina, Mary White, Joan Ford, Orlando Smack Sr, Kay Young and Dean Smack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives extended family and friends.
