She is survived by: her siblings, Reese Brown of Philadelphia, PA and Jean E. Brown of San Domingo, MD; her daughter-in-law Teresa Winder of Edgewood, MD; and her cousin Myrtle Winder of Seaford, DE. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
