She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mowery and Dora Mowery; her husband Martin Carroll Parks; her son Joseph "Michael" Parks; and her siblings, Paulette Cyr and Michael Mowery.

She is survived by: her sons, Peter J. Parks and Patrick M. Parks (Athina Parks); and her daughter-in-law Helene Parks Richardson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Mrs. Parks to St. Jude Children's Hospital, ALSAC/St.
