He is survived by: his stepmother Dorothy Tuck Owens of Galestown, MD; his wife Kimberly Wootten Owens of Galestown, MD; his stepdaughter Lindsey Nanez of Galestown, MD; his stepgrandchildren, Nathan Milliner, Carter Hales and Trent Hales; and his siblings, Steve Owens of Bear, DE, Gary Owens of Georgetown, DE, Clay Owens of Galestown, MD, Janet Owens Profili of Richmond, VA and Sally Owens Brumfield of Bridgeville, DE..
