He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris B Twilley and Mary Emily Adkins Twilley of Double Mills. He is survived by: his sons, Jason H Twilley (Jonna) of Hebron, Joshua H Twilley (Alison) of Newark and Joe Derbyshire (Aspyn) of Hebron; his grandchildren, Cade Nutter, Kaia Twilley of Hebron, Brooklyn Torrey, Presley, Tucker Twilley of Newark, Addison, Dylan and Colton Derbyshire of Hebron; his brother Steve Twilley (Robin) of Milford; and his nephews, Brandon and Tyler Twilley.
