He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Hayden; his wife Michelle Hayden; his sisters, Dawnetta Plumer (Mike), Kimberly Thompson (Bo) and Danica "Nissie" Murphy (JR); his siblings-in-law, Roy Kline, Richard Kline, Jr., Amy Hayden and Cindy Conger (Kevin); his nieces and nephews, Michael Plumer, Jr. (Tricia), R. J. Stonestreet (Mary), JT Thompson, Tyler Murphy, Logan Murphy, Bryce Murphy, Jake, Josh Hoffman, Holly Hulsey (Michael), Michele Thompson, Julianne Hayden, Alexis Gagnon (Nic), Kayla Conger, Chelsea Conger, Kricket Datcher and Alyssa Kline; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Makenna Hulsey, Makenley Hulsey, Kyleigh Plumer, Nala Arroyo, Colton Stonestreet and Levi Plumer.
