It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Elaine Ullman (Marbury, Maryland), who passed away on March 13, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Simpson and Alice C. Simpson; her husband Walter C. Ullman; and her siblings, Thomas A. Simpson, Jr., William C. Simpson, Mary A. Quarles, Catherine I. Ayling and Dorothy A. Ullman.
She is survived by: her children, Walter C. Ullman, Jr., Sharon Emmerling and Mary J. Ullman; and her sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" A. Parnell and Margaret T. Ullman. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
