He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Simmons (Merdie) and Fern Simmons; and his brothers, Burleigh (Burl) and Don E. Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Savoy; his children, Kyle, Christopher and Jasmyn; his siblings, Garry Simmons (Pam) and Tina Ball (Fred); his sisters-in-law, Gloria Simmons and Tracy Simmons; his nephew Tevin Simmons; his aunt Ruth Simmons; and his brother Jeffrey of Washington.
