He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Robert Jr. and Lorraine Lee Wagner; his wife Arleen M. Kammar Wagner; his daughters, Stephanie Brewster (Bill) of Manchester, MD and Cynthia Barbe of Hampstead, MD; and his granddaughters, Sarah and Kate Brewster.
