With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wendy Ann Spencer of Manchester, Maryland, born in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2024 at the age of 54. She was predeceased by: her father William Thomas Law, Sr.; and her nephew Aaron Christopher Bell. She is survived by: her mother Valerie Joyce Law (Decker) of Bethany Beach; her husband Michael Wayne Spencer; her siblings, Cheryl Hannan (Tim) of Selbyville, DE, William T. Law, Jr. (Lyla) of North Dakota, Michele Lynn of Ridgefield Park, NJ and Kimberley Stansbury (Bo) of Westminster; her nephew Terry Lankford; her father-in-law Beverly (Allen Herndan); and her brother-in-law William Lynn of Newbern, NC..
