He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Alford Keeney and Ethel Lorraine Matthews Martin; his son Stewart Leroy Keeney; his grandchildren, Timothy, Mickey and Jennifer; his great grandchild Anna Marie; and his brother Kenneth Keeney.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Marie Cool Keeney; his children, David Keeney of New York State and Brenda Marie Barrett of Manchester, MD; his grandchildren, Justin, Matthew, Jessica, Michelle and Stewart; and his siblings, Ralph Keeney of Westminster, MD, Stewart Keeney of Princess Anne, MD, Barbara Medairy of Millers, MD, Mary Ellison of Florida and Sandra Frantz of Westminster, MD.. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson.
