He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bell; his daughter Carrie Bell; his grandchild Grace Bell-Fleming of Natalie Bell; his great grandchild Jakob Matsch; his sons, Thomas and Christopher Evans of Riverdale, UT; his stepchildren, Barbara Meadows (Sam) of Greenville, SC, Michael Mitchell (LeeAnna) of Blanding, Rene Jacques (Renee) of Hampstead, MD and Joseph Stauffer of Baltimore, MD.; and his grandchildren, Jocelyn Bell, Jordan Cassidy, Justin Cassidy, Kenna Evans, Kristopher Matsch, Shawn Meadows, Ryan Jacques and Rebecca Jacques.
