She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Hoffman and Nellie Hoffman; her husband Harry P. Blizzard; and her siblings, Anna Mays and William "Bud" E. Hoffman.
She is survived by: her daughter Pat Shaeffer (Don) of Hanover, PA; her grandchildren, Lisa Sterner (Wally Sims) of Spring Grove, PA and Randy Shaeffer (Cathy) of Hanover, PA; her niece Judy Barnes; and her nephew Garth Mays.
