Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Stanley Hoover (Manchester, Maryland), who passed away at the age of 91, on February 28, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Hoover and Lettie Baugher Hoover; his spouse Mary Alice Warner Hoover; his sisters, Marguerite E. Rossell, Dorothy B. Hoover, Frances E. Hodson and Grace O. Schlegel; and his nephew David Rossell.

He is survived by: his sons, Karl Henry Hoover of California and James Eric Hoover (Andrea) of Hampstead, MD; his grandchildren, Ishmael, Jonathan, Aaron and Ann; and his siblings, David B. Hoover of York, PA and Carol Jean Hoover of Lineboro, MD.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lazarus United Church of Christ.
