He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Arthur Sr. and Catherine Lucille Green (Snyder); and his brother Robert H. Green. He is survived by: his brothers, Howard A. Green, Sr. (Doris) of Taneytown and Ralph E. Green (Connie) of Keymar; and his sister-in-law Janet Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Punky's name to Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long View, 3332 Main Street Manchester, MD 21102.
