He is survived by: his wife Elaine D. Ruby (Martin); his daughter Gail C. Matteson; his siblings, Edith Gardner of New Oxford, PA and Paul Ruby of Nokesville, VA; his granddaughter Alexandra M. Utz; and his great grandchild Axel L. Weaver. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
