He is survived by: his wife Joan Lee Martin Cooper; his children, Robert Allen Cooper (Robin) of Westminster, MD and Jennifer Werner (Allen) of Hanover, PA; his grandsons, Jacob and Justin; and his sister Carol Anne Cooper Davis (Jack) of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
