He is survived by: his wife Monica Kay Bergen Behegan; his children, Cindy Huggins (Mark) of Owings Mills, MD, Robert Behegan, Jr. (Nichole) of Hanover, PA, John Behegan (Angela) of Finksburg, MD and Tammy Peery (Aaron) of Manchester, MD.; his grandchildren, Linda, Krystal, Wyatt, Dalton, Amirra, Irelynn, Evie, Summer, Carter, Kylie and Cavan; his great grandchildren, Alexandra and Benjamin; and his brother Timothy Joseph Behegan III of Finksburg, MD..
