He is survived by: his wife Wanda Vera Balcer; his children, Daniel Balcer (Valerie) and Barbara Wolinski (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicole Shaw, Isaac Wolinski, Katlyn Wolinski, Rachel Wolinski and Hunter Petrik; his great grandchildren, Camdyn, Stella, Cora Shaw and Dov Lefkowits; and his brother Joseph Balcer (Ann).
