He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Russell Newton and Dolly Adeline Newton (Still); and his sister Diane Green. He is survived by: his close friend Sherry Sykes of Manchester, MD; his children, Dena Saum (Edward) of Hanover, PA, Dolly Thomassy (Scott) of York, PA and Raymond Newton of Towson, MD; his siblings, William Peak (Evelyn) of Westminster, MD and Rusty Newton (Peggy) of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Cody Saum (Nicole), Carley Saum (Austin) and Madelyn Rinehart; and his great grandchildren, Avery and Hazel.
