He was predeceased by: his parents, John Klosek and Joan Coale Klosek. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lambert Klosek; his grandchild Justice Lambert; his daughter Carrie Klosek; his sister Mary Jo Longo; his niece Joanna; and his nephew John Longo.
