He is survived by: his parents, Gayle Higgs Martin of Arizona and Kevin Muse of Florida; his sister Ashley Muse of Taneytown; his nieces, Madi, Amelia, Willow and Paternal; his grandmother Mildred Muse of Westminster; and also Fiancé Thomas Rill of Taneytown.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 until 3 P.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
