With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Lee Rhoten of Manchester, Maryland, born in Owings Mills, Maryland, who passed away on March 21, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel G. Kelley and Rennis G. Smithson Kelley Harden; her husband Arthur Gene Rhoten; and her brothers, Samuel Kelley Jr., Wayne C. Kelley and Theodore E. Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Eugene Rhoten (Jody), Linda Rhoten Sweigart (Don) and Sandra Rhoten Drecchio. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
