He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jo and Reva Jo; and his brothers, George Jr., Randy Douglas and Andy Wayne.

He is survived by: his children, Chyna Lewis and Wesley Greer; his siblings, Dewinda Knauer, Timothy Springfield and John Springfield; and his children, Shadow and Jade. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and 16 great-nieces and great-nephews.
