It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Proctor of Manchester, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, V. W. "Pat" Shives and Ethyl Wilson Shives; her husband Charles M. Proctor, Jr.; her grandson Jamie Parker; her children, Phyllis Parker (Jim), Pat Proctor (Linda) and Dick Proctor (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Doug Parker (Jill), Patrick Proctor (Chelsey), Chris Parker (Colleen), Matthew Proctor (Yesha), Justin Proctor (Mandolyn) and Jesse Proctor (Kelsey). She was also cherished by 12 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
