It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Miller (Manchester, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on May 18, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Russo and Jacqueline Sibley Russo. She is survived by: her husband Mark Stuart Miller; her son Shawn Hale; her brother Jeff Russo; her nephew Zach Russo; and her niece Paige Russo.
