It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Milligan of Manchester, Maryland, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Saier and Mary Saier of Wallingford, CT.; and her brother Otto Saier (Alice). She is survived by: her husband Stan Milligan; her children, Julie Dossett (Greg) and Jim Stump; her stepchildren, Scott Milligan (Mary-Ann) and Traci Milligan; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Dossett, Katie Kastner (Travis), Amy Dossett, Bradley Milligan, Kaityln Milligan, Alyssa Yoo (Greg) and Alex Stump; and her sister Linda Yasensky (Jules). She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
