He is survived by: his children, Joseph Cooper, Jr. (Karen) of Manchester, MD and Mary Eubank (Bob) of Reisterstown, MD; and his grandchildren, Joseph III, Trace, Chelsea and Kristi. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
