He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Edward, Sr. and Susie Stickles (Chappell); and his siblings, Dean, Lionel E. Stickles, Jr. and Emma Jennie Markle of Virginia.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Stickles (Hooper); his sons, John Stickles, Jr. (Kathy) of Sykesville and Jay Stickles (Stephanie) of Glenville, PA.; his grandchildren, Coyote, Kyle (Sabrina), Savannah, Yonahga and Emma; his great grandchildren, Blake and Bobby; his siblings, Elaine Leese, Robert H. Stickles, Sr. (Alene), Anna May Schaffer and Cecil Stickles (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Wayne Hooper (Donna). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
