He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Cole Parks and John Ridgely Parks; and his sister Barbara Parks Mays. He is survived by: his children, Anne Parks Elder (Tom Medairy) of Manchester, J. Ridgely Parks III (Kimberly Stevenson) of Butler and Amy Parks Cunneen (Michael) of Butler; and his brother Robert M. Parks (Holly) of Evanston, IL. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
