He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Iafrate and Marion Iafrate (Humair); his son Brian Iafrate; his sister Karen Geisler; and his brother-in-law Timothy Cooke.
He is survived by: his wife Carole; his son Philip Iafrate; his grandchildren, Kylie and Jayden; his siblings, Jeanne Schifano of Lyndhurst, NJ and Philip Iafrate of Nutley, NJ; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Cooke (Shirley) of New Oxford, PA, Jeff Cooke (Sharon) of Gettysburg, PA, Suzanne Carroll of Littlestown, PA, David Cooke, Ed Carroll and Michael Schifano. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
