He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Fornaro and Rosena Rossmark Fornaro. He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Fornaro Pohlner (Gary), Joseph (Kim) and Ross (Tara); and his sister-in-law Dianna Fornaro. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and grandnieces and a grandnephew.
