He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallett P. Baile and Ruth Parlett Baile; his brother Hallett P. Baile; and his aunt Sarah J. Baile. He is survived by: his wife Carole R. Baile; his children, Julie E. Fitzpatrick (John) of Catonsville and Jeffrey P. Baile of Manchester; and his granddaughters, Julianna Baile and Elizabeth Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
