He was predeceased by: his father Harlus Lee McBeath. He is survived by: his mother Lana Jeanne Housewright Slocum; his spouse Robin Marie Green McBeath; his children, Brandon James McBeath, Lindsay Jean Labossiere and Jessica Marie Norton; and his siblings, David Lee, Darin Scott, Christopher Lee McBeath and Heather Lee Angeline. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
