He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter Mann and Mary Louise Dell Mann; and his sister Janice Meredith. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Rill Mann; his children, Peggy Jackson (Daniel) of Westminster, MD and Dale Mann (Patty) of Westminster, MD; his granddaughter Amy Carabell (Chris); and his children, Vicky Jackson, Kyle Mann (Shannon), Brandon Mann and Austin Mann.
