He is survived by: his wife Sara Jayne Martin; and his children, Thomas Michael Martin (Lisa) of Upperco, MD, Jeffrey Dale Martin (Betty) of Manchester, MD, Lori Ann Tipler of Manchester, MD and Karen Tuper (J. J.) of Manchester, MD. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
